Wish I had bought this product years ago. The ionizer wind stream is icing on the cake. Have already benefited from within a two week period. As a former night owl, I now awake without the jarring sound of an alarm clock, make my coffee, and bask in the bright light that is slim to nil north of the 49th parallel for 6 months of the year . needed a light called the sic light or the therapy light, it goes by many names. found one that needed to be a blue light that is easier that the bright light on my eyes,as I had surgery on my eyes. I got the light and it is a good product. it helps with depression and sad feelings that people have during the day and helps with sleep. I use it 15 to 30 minutes a day and it has helped. I would suggest that people contact their Doctor, and see if it could help them. Money well spent
It took about 5 days to notice a difference. I live in Michigan and we have not had sunshine for the past month. Winters can be very depressing hear without the sunshine. I sit in front of light while riding my exercise bike for 30 minutes and again at lunchtime. I feel human again!!
