I take back what I said about this seller. He did sent it, even though I never received it in my mail box, but it got here at the post office. He is willing to refund in full the amount paid. What he sends require a signature, this must be what I missed out. After all, I found this seller polite and sincere and going an extra mile to resolves any mistakes made in transaction.
