Then the shipping was super fast. The computer arrived in a timely manner and well packaged in bubble wrap. Unfortunately, the aluminum back handle of the computer case got broken during shipping. Customer service was super nice and offered to send me a replacement for free. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again. 10 out of 10 rating !!
