    The description stated that the original toothbrush kit was new but came in an open box. Before finalizing my purchase, I contacted the seller to confirm that the toothbrush was indeed new. The seller assured me that the toothbrush had never been used. However, upon receiving the kit and opening it, I found that the gold charger showed signs of use, the plastic cover was scratched, and some components were not original, marked as "Made in Vietnam." Be cautious when dealing with this seller!!!

    Seems good once it is installed. We had install issues.

    The power and the range seem good. The price is a bit steep and the set up was challenging. Spent over 2 hours trying to get it set up. Finally had to call in Spectrum because it caused the modem to go offline every time we plugged in the router to the network. Finally called Spectrum and they said the modem tested fine but they also experienced the problem and did change out the modem. Can't really determine if the problem was modem or router...but the modem was working fine with my old router so router seemed to have triggered the problem. Tech said that these devices are known to have install issues. After they are up and running, he said, people like them. He spent another 45 minutes troubleshooting and installing before he got it up and running.

    Don't waste your time and money

    Router drops internet from provider literally every other day, requiring reboot to reaquire. The ranger they say is for a very large home. Haha, not hardly. With exception of good speed and tri band my old Asus is much more dependable. Save your time, money and sanity by purchasing something else. Netgear support also leaves much to be desired as they don't have a solution. After reading several threads of people having the same issue I'll be replacing the x6s with something that actually works.

    Excellent Router Upgrade for a Great Price!

    This is a great router with very wide coverage! I bought this to upgrade our Wi-Fi at church, and it replaced our 2-router setup that I had configured to sorta kinda work, and this has worked so much better than those two combined. I would definitely recommend this, especially if you can utilize the USB port on the back, as well as Gigabit networking, because it is sooooo much better than 100MB networking.

    Not the best router

    This product does not send any stronger signal than the AC1750 I replaced. When using the app to test signal strength, I get a -50 dBm (good) signal at 24" away from the router through an insulated wall. I do not get a "best" signal by being in the room of the router. The signal does not stay steady and causes my extenders to loose signal at 35 feet away. When connected, the speeds are at what I have through my provider. Since I installed this router, I am unable to get my garage door operators to link.

    Best router I've ever owned!

    All my streaming devices and PC'S work perfectly with this router, even when push to their limits all together for hours, they work flawlessly, no lags. 2 HDHomeruns extend, 2 PCs, 1 Nvidia Shield, 2 Androids phones plugged in to it and just perfection. My last router couldn't handle all that traffic, this one does. I Highly recommend this product.
