This seller was difficult from the beginning. I received a full refund so I messaged her a thank you and left positive feedback. Had I known I was going to get ANOTHER SNOTTY REPLY, I would have left NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. These pants had one leg shorter than the other, which the seller refused to acknowledge. I wish what the buyer stated were true. Asked eBay to adjudicate the case and eBay agreed with me. There is physical evidence and email exchange to back it up. The buyer claimed the pants have different leg lengths, 1 inch first, then 0.5 inch and on and on. Obviously she had no idea how to properly measure things or did not intend to. How do you deal with a problematic buyer who expected the seller to pay for return shipping while the fault is her side? Sellers be aware of such buyers too.
