I'm leaving Al & Sandy Weisgerber a Neutral rating as they charged me $12.00 for Items ( Over $50.00 Sent Registered Mail ). In this case they spent $1.40 on a stamp which it didn't come as registered mail no signature was needed or even had a tracking Number assigned to it. After contacting them and a handful of text's later they admitted that they had made a mistake and eventuality sent me a the difference in shipping cost. I know mistakes can happen but eventually you have to own up to it..
