Item was exactly as described, excellent customer service and quickly shipping. Dog receiver needed a heavier collar. Seller promptly sent out a collar that better suited it, which he didn't have to. I was at fault for looking to quickly at the item.

Great experience! The transmitter I originally received was not compatible with my receivers. My fault entirely. I didn’t realize the 800 series transmitters are not compatible with 700 series receivers. Contacted the seller and included my phone number. Next morning Bruce sent me a text. A quick chat and a couple photos later, the correct transmitter was on the way. Including a prepaid return envelope! Awesomeness!!! Great eBay seller!!!
