Unfortunately I received a torn up damaged box and a slightly damaged part. I am not going to lower my rating because of the packaging. This is a very heavy thing to package and ship with multiple heavy and large components. Despite it looking horrible upon arrival, what matters is all parts and pieces arrived without any damage. The item is exactly as described - the hitch base mount fit my 2002 Silverado 2500HD perfectly. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again in the future.

    Handles better but rides hard.

    The springs make the Jeep Grand Cherokee look great now it's level and not such a big gape in the wheel wells but the ride is harder and your going to hear more noise in your ride but you got to take the good with the bad.

    Good purchase but not the best drop overall with leveling kit on the 18 RT. Had to Modify, easy and quick purchase and ride quality is well. Drop will probably be better if your model doesn’t have leveling kit.
