The item was not defective when it was sent, but ultimately eBay decided in your favor and refunded you your money. Additionally you cannot leave us negative feedback for not sending you a shipping label when it is eBay's policy that you return the item to the seller at your expense, you agreed to that when you opened the case. We will be opening a case with eBay to have this negative feedback removed since it is not valid and is slander for an item that ultimately received a refund on.
