Upon receiving my appliance I immediately saw how poorly my mixer was packaged. There was hardly any packaging inside, and thus causing a bent knob. The seller took absolutely no responsibility after I contacted them and were very unprofessional and unpleasant to try and problem solve with. I would be very cautious purchasing here. Please see damage and abysmal pack job in the photos.
