I don't understand how this qualifies as grounds for negative feedback. I do not accept returns whatsoever unless there was a mistake on my end which there wasn't. The hat was shipped in a box that was enough to fit the hat. The item arriving "smashed" has nothing to do with me rather the poor handling USPS. I do not accept returns for an item NOT properly fitting hence why my listings say "Please ask all questions prior to purchasing"
