Computer wasn't the model described, but it was a comparable laptop. It was described as having no operating system but did have a 500GB drive. The drive was bad. They lost track of the order and after Ebay became involved a shipping label was created 11 days after the order was placed. Finally got it 20 days after the order was placed. I would have rated this experience as Neutral but the price was low and they are involved with charities.
