I’m only leaving one feedback as I bought multiple magazines from this seller. Great communication and prompt reply to emails. Items shipped that same day and received in good shape and packed well. Will do business with the seller again. Highly recommend!

  • Do you know what I'm sayin?

I love Robin Williams! Always have since i was 8 (I wrote an autobiography about him, cross-dressed as him and read it as a speech in the fifth grade) - so maybe I'm being a tiny bit bias - but I loved this performance. The only criticism I'm going to give Mr. Williams is that he over used the phase "do you know what I'm sayin'?" especially for being a white Episcopalian. But alas, I am not good with the jokes as Mr. Williams so perhaps the time period of this performance dictated why the phase was used as much as it was. I thought the diversity of the topics was massive for how long the performance was, he must have been a very ambitious comedian back then. And if by some miracle of the gods - the real Mr. Williams ever reads this review of his past work - Do another performance just for ...

  • N.Y. got nothing on S.F.

This tour climaxed with the performance in San Francisco. It was video'd but never released which I can only guess was due to the obvious "high as hell on something" look in Mr. Williams' eyes and absolutely 'off the hook' hallarious antics of this special performance. The Met is good, but only a fraction of what he let off the chain in S.F.

  • Robin Williams at His Hilarious, Manic, Edgy Comic Best

First let me say that I love Robin Williams. That being written, his album A Night at the Met is a smokin', hilarious, manic, edgy stand-up comedy experience! From his opening musing about what Pavarotti might be saying at a comedy club to his closing riffs about the future, this album is laugh-out-loud funny. Williams' spontaneous verbal explosions on drugs are side-splitting hysterical. His mike work and verbal characterizations are very good, particularly during his observational piece about Dr. Roof. If you love to laugh until it hurts, this is a GREAT cassette. If you are offended by foul language or are sensitive to certain subject matter like drugs or sex, you might want to avoid this album. Otherwise, we HIGHLY recommend you buy this album and laugh though it again and again ...
