This seller was incredible to work with. He was not only extremely helpful in resolving an address issue on my package, but he was always very prompt in responding to any of my questions. I am retired now but I spent a great deal of my work life with a very reputable shipping company. Customer service was quite often the difference maker in competing with other carriers. The product I ordered arrived in perfect condition, and within the promised timeline. They are a quality company for sure.

Items were as described, shipping was timely. One item was very poorly wrapped - it was put in an unpadded envelope
and although one item was warapped in bubble warap this item was not. It arrived in pieces. The seller responded to my notification of the breakage, but made the barest minimum of reimbursement. Not a seller I will deal with again.

Sir. We offered you 50% of your purchase price IMMEDIATELY after you reported the issue only because our staff overlooked the item and did not bubblewrap it by accident. We owned up to this accident. Ebay refunded you a portion of the tax paid as well. To say that we made the "barest minimum" and leave us negative feedback after resolving this issue is inaccurate and unfair. For future reference, please stick to you claim and do not "deal" with us again as we will not transact with such.
