I've seen them give extra stuff to Live bidders that accidentally bid too high, and I'm the recipient of an auction that was finalized at below melt price (it would've been significantly below melt if my state didn't take my pound of flesh through taxes). The product is exactly as described. Shipping could be faster, but seriously, these guys are auctioning 400 items a day, and if you consider that, I'm surprised the item got to me as quick as it did.
