    Posted as new but it's used.

    I've used Hot Tools for years. I'm a hair stylist. Luckily I used this curling iron on myself first. The temperature was not very high, but is burnt a huge amount of hair with black pieces from the curling iron. Now I have this big weird short chunk of hair. Very disappointed.
