About this product

Product Information

Klonoa, the strange but endearing long-eared hero who debuted in a widely praised 1997 sleeper hit on the PlayStation, finds new adventures on the Game Boy Advance. Based on the 1999 Japanese WonderSwan game Klonoa: Moonlight Museum, this U.S. release pits Klonoa against Emperor Jillius, a domineering ruler who will not allow his people to dream. Klonoa must make his way through puzzle-filled platform levels to conquer the four beasts that roam the land, then defeat the tyrant himself to free the people of the Empire of Dreams.

With GBA boxes, the packaging is very important and I'm grateful this game was delivered in a box, and in the protector as well. I don't have any complaints about it, the box did have some damage but it didn't come as a surprise because the seller showed it well on the original listing, and it wasn't enough to lower my rating. Overall, I'm highly satisfied, great seller!

Seller was in contact with me on every step, took great care to ensure my item was carefully packaged. The Louis Vuitton bag with pouch, insert and extra strap arrived super fast, in fantastic condition, even with the trip to the authenticator. Great experience. Highly recommend this seller.

  • One of the best platformers on GBA

This is a very fun game with great gameplay, colorful graphics, and excellent music. If you’re looking for a fun platformer with a lot of polish, get Klonoa: Empire of Dreams. If you love it, get the sequel Klonoa: Dream Champ Tournament.

  • Better than expected

Although the graphics are pretty outdated, the game can be quite fun to play. You run around catching these weird animals by blowing them up with your air gun and use them to jump higher or throw at other things that could make you loose a heart. You run around collecting hearts for health, jewels, and three stars per level. I have to say, this is one game that I prefer my 4 year old to play because there is no violence and it teaches you how to order things and figure out puzzles. I like this game!!

  • Simple, but fun

If you're familiar with the series already, then there's more to be found here for you, especially if you liked Huepow as a character in Door to Phantomile. The gameplay isn't too dissimilar from its predecessors, but it does have some interesting changes such as obstacles that can be picked up and placed in different locations for platforming. If you remember the board levels in Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil, they're back but from a side-scrolling perspective instead. All in all, the game may be less glamorous than its console variants, but I can assure you that it's one of the best platformers in the GBA library. The delivery was smooth, the game was still completely sealed, and there was no damage to the case, as you can see in the picture. I'm thankful because GBA boxes aren't at all ...

  • An enjoyable adventure for people of all ages, it has so much character 5*.

This game is probably the best platform adventure your likely to find on a portable console to this day. There aren't many platformers than can capture the art so beautifully as Klonoa does. The art in this game, is incredibly well preserved, on the small screen of the gameboy advance, and it does so in a fashion, which closely reflects the character, and quality of the previous games in the series. I recommend this game to anyone, who richly enjoyed these style of games, during days when platform were a big deal, as a lot of people can attest to. This is something which every gameboy advance owner should play, as this game was one of those titles, which wasn't given as much credit as it should have been.

  • Very easy to pick up game

I liked the fact that the game was a simple use, but didn't explain the directions fully. Very similar to the original mario games in the fact that there aren't many button combinations to remember, but a good challenging puzzla/adventure. Fun for the Younger children and little to no violence. Definitely recommended.
