This doesn't fit on my head properly, I can only hear on one side of the headset. Both sides work just fine but it is not loud enough even with my volume on high. Item is of good quality but I can't use it, because it doesn't sit next to my head properly. I wanted it hear music while I'm in my shop working and to let me make phone calls without interruption.
