Easy to reach on my Indian

I haven't ridden too much bike yet with these but they seem like they will work fine. I had the factory Indian highway pegs mounted on the highways bars. I'm only 5' 10" and found it to be quite a stretch to use the Indian pegs. Often found I rested a toe in the exact spot where the toe rest of the Kuryakyn toe rests are. Of course your heel is still on the floor board but I hardly ever would do the full extended stretch as needed with the fold down pegs.Seem good quality made of aluminum I think.

    Decent Product, Unconscionable Price

These toe rests were a good fit for my shortish legs and my 2020 Indian Springfield. Much lower profile than traditional cruising pegs and with the ability to mount them either-side-up they afford a surprising degree of positional flexibility. Simple and effective. The price, however, is absolutely unconscionable. That these small pieces of metal and rubber cost anything near $100 borders on the obscene. Worse still are Indian's factory OEM toe rests which come in at a Bend-Me-Over price of $175. It's so sad that those of us who enjoy riding so often find ourselves with little choice but to be fleeced should we have the temerity to want to improve or modify our rides. Supply and Demand...she's one viscous b!tch-goddess, that's for sure.

  • fitment is not poor = there's a .050 crack on both sides of clamp when tightened.

.050 both sides, doesn't sound like much but the crack is too large with 2016 technology using lasers, computers & CNC machines. Kurakyn says it's for difference in chrome thickness. That's B/S, no other clamps on my bike have a crack like that. They're all tight against the other side.

  • Beware!

Threads stripped during hand tightening on both left and right foot rests. I went to remove the stripped bolts and one of them broke off inside. Now I'm trying to drill the steel bolt out of aluminum. I'll be drilling a larger size and tapping new threads after a visit to ace hardware for larger bolts.

  • Good looking little rest.

I had seen these on another riders bike and thought it was great idea. Conventional rests did not ever appeal to me, as I find that they are difficult to position comfortably, and reduce response time. These toe rests allow me to keep my heel on the footboard, and still offer me an alternative position to relieve discomfort on a long ride.
