Listing description was for new parts. They weren't new (see pictures) which wasn't a huge deal. They would have worked being used, however the u-bolts weren't long enough to accept the 4" of lowering blocks. Seller did offer to give full refund if I returned the parts, but I already installed what I could (2" blocks).
