    I have no idea why it's called Watership Down.

    The perils of life as told through the eyes of rabbits. Longing just to be free to enjoy life but faced with troubles including everything from man's encroachment to tyrannic fellow rabbits that enslave their own. A small group set out seeking freedom in a better place after one of them has a premonition of impending danger. It has that British strangeness from an American's point of view but this adds to its charm. Just turn on the English subtitles or you'll miss some of the dialogue. The animation is great and Art Garfunkel sings Bright Eyes and it's so beautiful!

    Watership down review

    I thought I remembered watching the movie when I was younger. And I remembered bits and pieces. Watching it again as an adult was such a good journey. It was very heartfelt. I literally bawled out my eyes in the end. It made me want to go buy the book, read and compare. And they both were good. I wouldn’t say it’s for younger children cause there’s blood and stuff in it. But definitely 13+
