    Honda Iridium spark plugs

    There are lots of aftermarket parts out there for your vehicle. I believe that when it comes to critical parts you need to stick with the manufacturers branded products. Spark plugs are one of these items. They don't get replaced very often, so spending a little more for the factory part is money well spent. These plugs are top quality and a perfect fit. I will buy these again when the next service interval calls for them.

    OEM performance

    Nothing special to say here. These are the OEM plugs they came stock on the 8th gen Civics, and the performance and acceleration they offer is as smooth and responsive as you would figure they would be. It's just nice to be able to buy a set of these, and not pay twenty bucks per plug.

    Good quality, good price

    These are NGK Iridium plugs in Honda branded box made in Japan. Check gap before installing as two out of the eight were out of spec. Otherwise very please with the product.

    These spark plugs may not be pre-gapped

    These spark plugs may not be at correct gap of 0.043 in. I know you may have heard lots of people telling you not to mess with the gap or whatever, but always have to tool to check the gap, it is not always correct. I bought a set of 4 spark plugs in a box and they are all at different gaps. Other than that, these spark plugs are at very good quality and can last long.

    it's the plug that the manufacturer recomends

    when i priced plugs for my 04 accord, my local supplier shocked me with a price. he had a lower priced plug for less money, but it was still very expensive. i was happy to find the the oem plug ngk 6994 on ebay at about a 40% discount. with these high voltage ignitions you need the right spark plug. this is the one for this and other applications.
