The heating pad arrived on time, packed very carefully. It looked just like the photo. I plugged it in & it works. It cost about 50% less than the manufacturer's sale price. My parents had theirs for 30 yrs & it still works! Recent reviews on Thermaphore's website say newer models don't even last half as long.
