All-round bad experience. Offer accepted on a sterling silver pendant/necklace but was sent a different necklace. Sent message and photo to seller informing that I had received the wrong item. Response was "That was the necklace for this item. I personally mailed it to you". Replied that it was not the necklace I had bought and attached (again) another photo. Response from seller that the necklace I bought was "sold out". No apologies, no explanations. Very shady. Buyers beware!

When security is important to guard your home. Reolink does an excellent Job
We purchased and installed our first two cameras about two years ago so we review with some knowledge about Reolink cameras and customer support. Reolink Company takes pride in their equipment and stands ready to assist when questions arise and seems to keep updating them. We had some small questions in the beginning and Reolink was on top of it almost immediately to assist us and was very professional and prompt. So no complaint there and the alarm when on, alerts loud and clear. We only use it when we are gone more than a day. Since buying and installing the first two cameras about two years ago Feb 2020 we purchased a third on May 2022 to cover another area of our back yard. I needed to delete a lot of Videos on the 64G cards and sent a message about deleting and next morning we ... I needed to delete a lot of Videos on the 64G cards and sent a message about deleting and next morning we received a response from Reolink on how to format the cards without climbing the ladder removing card and using a computer. Not hard, just overlooked in the settings. I also had forgot that when setting up camera inside the house before installing on the house that phone and camera must face each other to do a quick setup to the application There are settings of low and high quality clarity and it seems all 3 settings are very clear and can be set to slow motion to real time. A 64 G can handle a LOT of video as our first two cameras were less the 30 percent full after 2 years. Really love the solar charging and ease of installation as battery stays almost 100 percent charged all the time. Some people will find complaints no matter what, but my experience so far has been great. I chose the 1080 Pan Tilt so I could adjust the view anytime from my phone when I wanted without climbing a ladder. My first two years of using Reolink Cameras have been very acceptable as a quality product, easy Application use and customer support. I am very pleased to write this unsolicited review for Reolink. My photos are all 3 cameras. I am building a cover for the new one to protect it from the weather elements which allows me to see all back yard to the lake. A lot of nice features like night vision photo taking, Video speeds, camera alerts & clarity choices. These Uploaded photos are on low quality.
