I have contacted the seller so hoping they either refund or send me a new one. Had this for 3 days and even bought a new cord. It appears in nice condition (appearance wise), but can’t truly tell when it won’t even turn on. It did arrive package very well - so hoping this is just a flinch……..🤦🏼♀️🙄 The pic is all I get from the iPad. Won’t even turn on or get past the dead charge screen.

Because there was no packing material in the box, the handle of the skillet was sticking out the side of the box,; however, there was no damage to the Skillet. The product was in better shape than as described. I could not even tell the skillet was in "used" condition. It was well worth the value I paid for it. I would definitely buy from this vendor again.
