My only issue was that it should come with two o2 sensor extenders because on the long tube header you can't reach the bung for the upstream with the extender. So you have to hook up to the two bungs in front of the cat so you can still drive. It won't throw any codes either. So you're good as long as the emissions guy doesn't look at where the sensors are lol.otherwise this WOKE my 06 ss cobalt up!! No downshifting on hills anymore and this thing rips
