A very good and responsive seller. The books were well described and a reasonable price was negotiated. The books were well packed and arrived safely. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

The worst Ebay seller I have ever encountered. Whoever packaged the book seems to have thrown it against a wall in a rage, as the book arrived badly damaged in one corner, the dust jacket missing a chunk where the book impacted the wall/floor or whatever. No note enclosed to apologise or explain - did they just hope I wouldn't notice? NO apology in reply to my complaint, NO acknowledgment of any fault on their part, just an angry rant saying that my "insinuation" was inappropriate!! Avoid.

The book left us in the exact same condition as described and in the photographs of the original listing, the book was either damaged in the post or the customer damaged it when undoing the packaging and then tried to blame us. This 'customer' is honestly the rudest person we have encountered in a very long time. All we received was a very nasty and aggressive accusatory rant from him, he accused us of deliberately sabotaging our books, why would anyone ever do that? Absolutely bizarre behaviour
