Sent it off to his company & received a call a few days after he received it saying what the problem was. It was found to have leaking cells in it but was told he can get it working again but would not have the distance it used to have. John advised he could renew all the cells with new graded cells which would make it like a new battery again. Have received the battery back and all is good A+++++++++
