Not as heavy duty as a real sky remote buttons get pushed in nd stay in some times. Looks very similar to a real sky remote. Bit disappointed Condition is new but feels very cheap. Ok for what I paid for it don’t know how long it will last. Couldn’t work out how to pair it to tv as the code for an lg tv was on the list of instructions. You need to have it pointing right at sky box for it to work
