Not because they sent the wrong item but both times I made contact they didn't answer the question I asked. one being do you have the correct item to send or do I look elsewhere . They did immediately offer my money back although it seems to take day's to get a return label.Not like every other company that emails you a link after its been approved to get a return label. Ebay's issue or the seller? Also it's USPS so maybe not like Fedx or UPS.

Someone had installed the wrong brush plate in my starter and it was spinning backwards.
