Seller acknowledged fault after delays but handled the issue dismissively. Issued a refund and told us “Please dispose of the item or keep it. It is not worth shipping back, we already paid to ship it to you.” Their disregard for accountability and our reputation was disappointing. While refunded, the experience damaged trust and left us scrambling to fix their error.
