    Poor fitment/thermostat will not read

    Comes with no bolts and housing gives little room for tightening typical bolts and reinstallation of hook for engine hoist. The thermostat plugs are not on the correct side of the thermostat for reading coolant temp. Holes for bolts are designed to have play but are more problematic then good. I have a thermostat spacer on order and im sure i will get it to work. Typicall aftermarket problems.

    On looks alone....

    As others did, I had to tweak the bolt holes some. I have to assume this will last longer than the factory cast piece as this one is stainless while the factory piece is cast iron. Time will tell. Looks like it is very high quality but I do not judge on looks alone. Ask me in three years for my opinion....

    Good replacement alternative

    good well made replacement for OEM part. Did have to file the inside of the bolt holes about a MM to get the bolts to fit without binding. Would be even better if they had an option to include new thermostat to avoid having to order it separately.
