        More than you expected.....

        I'm not exactly sure why this cd/album was not much more successful than it was? Great songs with melody, drive and sincerity (really good road music). This goes down as one of those really underrated/lesser known pieces of work that everyone should have a copy of. Add to that list, Donald Fagen: Nightfly, Graham Nash: Wild Tales, Tears for Fears: Elemental, Boz Scaggs: Dig ....just a few. Somehow this stuff goes under the radar when people will spend millions on Madonna, Prince, and whatever Boy Band de jour is out there. It's most likely a whole generation (or more) will miss this quality of songwriting and execution altogether....sad, really.

        His best IMO...

        Such a great album. Every song is so well crafted. You can say that about a lot of Pete's material, but this album stands out for me as his best solo work.
