But the original packaging was so taped up it was unusable so I had to find new packaging material. This was not an expensive item, the seller could have said sorry, just keep it. What a pain in the butt.

It is pretty beat up. Unfortunately it is a gift and unsure if once opened that it will have a computer issue. Glass pot is still in tacked.
