I decided to decline the partial and use them on something else instead of what they were originally intended for. Since I am using them I wouldnt feel right accepting the partial refund. Seller attempted to make it right. I hope they change the item description to polymer or plastic instead of aircraft aluminum for clarity of future potential buyers.
