I’ve never paid such a ridiculous amount for such a small tube. Barely enough for one painting. Sending it back. I’m sure they said free shipping. Because I check specifically for free shipping. None of our listings offer free shipping. Total cost of order, including shipping, was provided at checkout prior to buyer purchasing. Buyer knew total cost of order and would have seen the cost of shipping listed in the order charges detail section. Seems buyer has a case of buyer's remorse and wants to blame the seller and penalize seller with wrongful and inaccurate feedback which has no relation to seller performance.

Took a little longer to fulfill this order. Seller also had a family medical emergency to contend with during this time. Buyer never contacted seller to ask about order.
