After they received it, they had it in the mail back to me in two weeks. After that I had it in my hands in less than a week. So I'd say about a 30 day turn around from the day I sent it off. Over 2 months later and still nothing. I contacted the seller on 3 separate occasions in June and July to no response. It went so far as to having ebay step in to issue me a refund. Here's the best part. I get a refund but I still don't get my pcm back. This company is a scam and they stole my pcm to sell for profit
