    Using with other service providers.

    This one has ATT software on it and a bit hard to store your Contacts on it due to wanting to go to ATT server to save your contacts rather than on the phone. There is a work around on this that is not very intuitive that works OK, just not on any instructions of how to do this but does work. The Verizon version does not have this problem when used on CC, or other GSM phone services. This phone has better reception and sound than my other model 4610 Kyrocera phone used on the same CC network as the 4710 is a 4G phone.which might have been my problem when I was using with my 4610 that got destroyed .

    Still learning the phone.

    The best thing about this phone, is it's loud enough to hear. Their ringtones aren't very loud and as far as I can tell, no way to add ringtones. Not the best camera either. I'm still learning the phone.

    It does what it says.

    It does what it says. It is a phone that is meant to provide you with communication via calling or text messaging. It is my second day of using it and the battery life is still on 43% and it should last for another day which is better than any smart phone in the market. I am able to browse internet. I already set up my gmail and able to read my emails. Could not figure out how to access Google Play Store and could not find much of a help online either. But I am not too concerned about it either. I own an iPhone XS Max for that. Ability to charge with micro USB is a plus. Micro SD card is on the way to expand the storage capacity. This was a second hand phone and for the price I paid ($89) trust me it can't get any better.

You'll be able to call/txt through the upcoming civil war without AI living in your phone. Later models use android. Navigate simple websites, consume yt videos or mp3 using bluetooth, pics/videos/record, becomes thumbdrive when connected to pc. Achilles heel = usb port...cover breaks, then USB fail. Replacement ports currently available(2024). Replacing USB port hurts 6/10

    Great beat-up phone

    Great military-spec phone, BUT.... my 83 year old mother destroyed the first one!!! She got angry with trying to plug in the micro-usb charger on the side of the phone and simply destroyed the jack. Otherwise, the phone is rock solid and has good sound.
