        Great dvd collection of the history of country music. Bought one for myself and one for a friend. This would make an unforgettable gift to any music lover. I am so glad I bought it. There are many interesting, facts and personal stories of these many artists that I never knew before. This is a must see collection.

        Good

        I enjoyed the film very much except there was WAY to much Johnny Cash and the Carter’s. I have always liked their entertainment but there was a lot of other entertainers that could have been added or a little more of the ones briefly mentioned. Guess what I think is WAY TO MUCH CASH!!!!!!

        Very entertaining in depth look at Country music. Ken Burns takes you on a journey through country music that will make you laugh, it will make you cry, and make you fall in love with the characters throughout country musics history. I loved it and am glad I purchased the dvd set .
