    Poor packaging, asked up front about the valve stem, was told it’s all good. Old chunks of stem stuck in hole and it looks as though the front side washer is jammed into the valve stem hole. Rim has a significant scratched area that was not mentioned. Also shipping was free took 10 days from purchase till it was dropped off at ups then got to me in four days. Terrible experience, dishonest seller. Buyer beware.
