    The shipping time was as expected. The packaging was adequate. The item was not as described in the listing. The original government packaging was damaged. The proof coin was not in its protected capsule and was indeed outside of the display case. The capsule was sealed and in the right spot, but it was empty. I can only surmise that the seller just tossed it in the box as an afterthought. Two of the coins were toned black around the edges again very noticeable. Buyer beware with the seller.
