Best bang for buck in phono cartridges.
This cartridge is hands down, the best value for the money I've ever experienced in record listening. I previously owned Audio Technica AT 95 E with upgraded LP Gear stylus, Audio Technica AT 440 MLA, Grado Signature 8MZ, Grado Gold Series 1 , vintage ACD XLM Integra mk 2 & 3, et. al. The Nagaoka MP 200 slays them all in multiple areas...dynamics, frequency response, imaging, soundstaging, smoothness, & tonality. FYI, my record preferences are original, all analog issues from BITD. Modern reissues sourced from digital files are not involved, or to put it another way... f**k that noise!! Ain't nobody got time for that. It it's digital you might as well just play the cd version.This cartridge is hands down, the best value for the money I've ever experienced in record listening. Great value for the money!
I did a lot of research before buying this cartridge. It sounds so much better in every aspect compared to my old cartridge. It by far beats all other cartridges in its price range & even ones costing significantly more. I would recommend the Nagaoka MP-200 to anyone who wants to get the most out of their vinyl LPS for a fair price!

All-round great performer
I have owned MP-110's and -150's for nearly 5 years and replaced the styli on both. I bought the MP-200 for a major turntable upgrade and versus the stock cartridge, it revealed its true performance level. The Nagaoka's have a house sound but each upgrade brings better focus and separation while keeping the 110's rich, full tone. The MP-200 is both relaxed and highly detailed at once and does not lose its composure on even the most difficult records to track.I have owned MP-110's and -150's for nearly 5 years and replaced the styli on both. Fantastic!! A must try
The MP200 is a fantastic stylus. The crisp highs, tight lows, uncanny separation and definition reproduced by the MP200 are delightful. Much better than my Sure M97 with JICO Boron shank and Ortofon 2M Blue. Leagues above all of them. Highly recommend a delight to the senses

Nagaoka MP 200
Just upgraded to the Nagaoka MP 200 and just love the sound. I replaced my MP 110 with this cartridge and the sound is amazing. Thank you for the wonderful sound that comes out of this cartridge.
