Purchased 1/31, ship notice 2/04, recv'd 2/14. A few box dents in transit but the amp was packed in factory box inside a 2nd factory box, wrapped in heavy stretch film then placed in a 3rd box. Inside were notices to retain the packing for returns and a reminder to set the correct voltage. Nice extra touch. Amp just as described with US cord & bluetooth adapter.
