The lens was packed beautifully, well wrapped and then protected in many layers, then the box secured and protected against weather. Excellent, fast shipping by DHL, very professional and efficient. Shipping from Japan was very economical, especially considering what it would have been to ship the same item from the US to Japan (postage has gone up).

Just a note for future buyers, the body did not come with a battery, so buy one now unless you want your new camera to act as an overpriced paperweight for a few days.
