The box was not damaged and the switch was packaged securely and well with lots of bubble wrap and soft materials in side. The switch was exactly as described with a few scratches from normal wear and tear in a business environment. The cost of the switch was very good after watching several auctions where prices went super high. The seller stated he only power on tested it, but I was able to adopt it into my controller just fine.
