      Great Choice

      We really like this product. The coffee tastes much smoother and less bitter than any of the coffee pods we have tried. It does require a bit more effort but totally worth it! Reviews listed this as a top product, and I agree. Easy to use and clean. The carafe is not heated but it is insulated and keeps the coffee warm.

      Ok, but we prefer pourover

      Had high hopes, but pourover tastes better and really isn't that much more work, so we decided to save counter space and eliminate the automatic brewer. Kind of frustrated that you can't easily get all the liquid out of the carafe. Also the 1 cup brew basket takes a special filter. We used a generic 12 cup filter for the large basket but it didn't seem big enough. More pieces to clean than pourover.

      Really good cup of coffee

      This coffee maker is easy to use, clean and it makes the perfect cup of coffee. I guess the only drawback would be the cost of the small filters for the 2-4 cup basket but the large basket uses standard filters that you can get anywhere. The important thing is the taste of the coffee, best ever!
