    By, far, the most careful packaging I've seen in 20+ years of Ebay shopping. The UPS cord was taped to the chassis. They used a screen cover, antistatic bags, and lots of bubble wrap. The seller answered a question within minutes. I asked about the battery pack to chassis connector, which they included along with the battery pack plastic trays and all connectors. The UPS arrived in perfect condition with no dents and works great. Amazing seller! Thanks!
