        Sailor of the King

        An entertaining film in black/white though the origins of Jeffery Hunter's character was a little campy in the opening of the story. Otherwise its action sequences are very good save for several obvious props which were used to enhance make the German Raider look better armed than it was.

        Good Movie.

        Decent war movie. By today's standards it is a bit short in length. If remade today it would be elongated and probably draw out the action scenes a bit more. I saw the movie when I was very young and wanted to see it again. While not really as good as I remember, it is still worth seeing.

        War is hell there is an alternate ending

        Saw this as a child Both main characters lives are entertwined by duty and by the same woman Whom is the invisible main character It is an old style by cast war movie and what is strange both leading men most famous work is about space

        A great WWII movie

        Excellent story line with lots of action. One of my favorite war movies! Sadly it's rarely seen on cable or network tv so owning the dvd is the way to go.
