    I sent the seller a note describing my issue in detail. He sent a reply & thanked me for my suggestions. It does not make ANY logical sense to ship it to me as is..the bag. Not in a box, not wrapped, nothing. Just a 30 pound bag with a label on it. The bag got bounced around in shipping & the dry kibble & bits were kibble and dust! It was like it went thru a grinder! All the wear and tear of shipping & NOTHING to protect the contents. Forget this SELLER. Go elsewhere unless you want DUST!

    Item took 10 days to be shipped. Item I purchased was never delivered to my home and seller states tracking was not available. UPS states it was delivered, it never was. Contacted seller who was absolutely no help and brushed me off. Do not buy anything from this seller, they are untrustworthy, unreliable and extremely unhelpful. I filed a claim with UPS and eBay. Im pretty sure I'm out $45.
