Only thing to criticise is the packaging; the book itself was bubble-wrapped, which is great, but the box used was way too weak for international transport, let alone the price I paid for shipping. It was crushed, and inside was only packed with newspaper. It was only by blind luck the (very expensive) book was not damaged, in which case this review would get one star, not four.
